Please include the following information to help us deal with problems quickly:
- Operating System (including the version of any applied service pack).
- CPU type: e.g. Intel or AMD.
- Installed RAM.
For the above basic information, go to Control Panel and then select System. For problems with games, please try to include the following information too:
- Make and model of your graphics card.
- Graphics card memory.
- Exact DirectX version installed, e.g. 9.0c. Type dxdiag into the Start->Run
dialog to be certain." />
